TRAVEL OPERATIONS SERVICE

In this report we shall be reviewing the main travel operations services

AIRLINE SERVICES;These are companies that provides regular flights
and move goods to different parts of the world.The industry cuts across
all geographical boundaries,religious and ethnic backgrounds .For over
a century the use of aircraft  for transportation and commercial purposes
by airline operators has grown tremendously,with technological advancement
and innovations almost on a daily basis.

The first propeller aircraft was discovered and flown by the Wright brothers
and people from that era,but currently the industry can boast of flying of flying
some of the most sophisticated jet engines,with some airlines currently owning
and managing over seven hundred fleets,with flights schedules to all continenets
of the world.
                CHOICE OF AN AIRCRAFT
Some factors must be considered when making a choice of the airline to chose
or fly when booking for a tour.These factors includes but not limited to
1.The reach or destinations covered by the airline.While some airlines provides
regional or local service to passengers meaning flights within a country or
continent e.g Frankfurt to hamburg or Madrid to London.Others major on 
international flights or long distance carriage e.g Frankfurt to New york or sydney
to Ottawa the latter could be easier said than done as some of these routes involes
flying across some of the major oceans like the trans Atlantic or transpacific routes .

2.Service.These includes any form of support or assistance offered to passengers
whether on ground or on board a commercial aircraft such as helping the physically
challenged or the elderly ones with their luggage,this can also mean the mode of
operations of a particular airline like the refund policy or serving food and drinks to
passengers,allowing passengers to smoke etc.

3.Security.The third factor to consider is security and these includes any form of
service of service rendered to passengers to protect or guard against the  incursion
of terrorists such as hijackers or suicide bombers.
4.Safety records.This is a record showing all of an airlines flight history, whether
there be have been an accidents or the cause of a particular crash.It should be noted that
this factor alone should not be used as a yardstick, in measuring the outcome of a
successful flight ,but we believe that it will go a long way in helping out in your bid
and plan coupled with God's help we guarantee a successful and desired flight.
